The Mansfield 123-5035 300 Series Stem is 15 7/8 Inches from end to end. This stem comes complete with the seals, packing, and support washer. All washers come preinstalled so you do not have to. This stem comes with both the left and right hand packing. The left hand thread packing will come preinstalled onto the stem. If your faucet uses the right hand thread packing nut you would need to replace the graphite packing on the stem with the small thicker packing. This stem is for a 12 inch wall, Meaning the stem is 3 7/8 inches longer than the frost protection on the faucet. The wall is measured from the back of the face plate to the water shut off.
