Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
